Sales Rep Rewards Program
The new Sales Rep Rewards Program is officially underway! With this program, our contractors can work their way up levels 1-5 while receiving rewards at each step as they close more deals for their home improvement business.
Whether that’s a coffee on us, a gift card, or a movie night with their family – our contractors can look forward to a wide array of attainable rewards. This program incentivizes your prospects and can give them that last push to commit to becoming a partner!

We are currently focusing our social media efforts on being present and active on LinkedIn and Facebook. Whether through tradeshow photos, educational infographics, sales rep spotlights, or informative 3rd party articles; we strive to put out new content every week that we find valuable to our audience. Marketing Email Automation
What: Our Marketing Email Automation library consists of 15 unique emails (and growing) with carefully thought-out messaging sent out on a three-week cycle to those leads who fit the criteria.
Who:
- Prospects owned by reps in the Warm Lead Stage (score of 5-7)
- Substage = New, Unscored
- Prospects owned by reps in the Hot Lead Stage (score of 8-10)
- Substage = New
- excluding Priority Prospects
- Prospects owned by House in Warm and Hot Lead Stage (score of 5-10)
- Substage = New
Nurture Email Automation
What: The purpose of the Nurture Email Automation emails is not necessarily to inform about Watercress Financial (these leads already know who we are) but to provide current industry and economic news, repurpose blog content, differentiate ourselves from competitors, etc.
Who:
- Prospects in the Nurture Stage in Salesforce
- General Nurture Campaign
- Industry-Based Campaign – HVAC Industry, Roofing Industry, Plumbing Industry (more industries to come)
- If a lead is associated with an industry we do not yet have an automation set up for, it automatically goes into the General Nurture Campaign
- Competitor Focused Campaign
