WATERCRESS ACADEMY

The Watercress Financial Academy is your one-stop shop for help articles and videos for all processes relating to our customer financing products and technology, as well as the latest Marketing resources.

Note: Username/password for the Academy are independent of your login for the Watercress Credit Hub (portal).

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

The Account Management team is here to be your strategic partner to get the most out of your relationship with Watercress Financial, including:

  1. Scheduling training opportunities for your staff to learn how to use our project financing systems and process
  2. Providing account reviews to help you know where you stand and brainstorm how you can increase usage of Watercress Financing over other payment methods
  3. Day-to-day questions and needs

CONTRACTOR SUPPORT

The Contractor Support team can be thought of as a deal-level help desk. This team is available for extended hours to help you with the transactional needs of moving customer projects through our process, including:

  • Troubleshooting access issues, such as requesting a password reset
  • Changing your phone number or email address
  • Interpreting a comment left in the Credit Hub from a Watercress Underwriter or Funding team member

Contractor Support can be reached at the following times. Note: Requests submitted outside these hours will be returned the next business day.

Monday – Friday: 8am – 8:30pm CT

Saturday: 9am – 5pm CT
