The Contractor Support team can be thought of as a deal-level help desk. This team is available for extended hours to help you with the transactional needs of moving customer projects through our process, including:
- Troubleshooting access issues, such as requesting a password reset
- Changing your phone number or email address
- Interpreting a comment left in the Credit Hub from a Watercress Underwriter or Funding team member
Contractor Support can be reached at the following times. Note: Requests submitted outside these hours will be returned the next business day.

Saturday: 9am – 5pm CT
