Senior Salesforce Developer

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform in support of core business operations. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions across multiple business domains, including loan origination and sales processes.

Director of Digital Product

This role is an execution-focused role, responsible for shaping, driving, and operationalizing the product vision across Watercress Group’s contractor experience and digital platform ecosystem, and partners closely with Engineering, Compliance, Commercial, and Contractor Experience teams, amongst other stakeholders, to define and deliver a cohesive roadmap that accelerates value for contractors, borrowers, and platform partners.

Portfolio Risk Manager

This role is responsible for the ongoing credit performance, risk management, and delinquency monitoring of the company’s home improvement loan portfolio, and also owns the end-to-end monitoring, analysis, and optimization of loan performance, ensuring that repayment, delinquency, cure rates, and charge-offs remain within the company’s risk appetite and financial targets.

Account Manager

This role is responsible for promoting the company’s solutions to the existing and assigned home improvement contractors and driving revenue growth from existing business. This role also is directly responsible for the onboarding experience of new home improvement contractors – delivering a training experience explaining our software and practices.

Credit Underwriter

This role is responsible for assessing creditworthiness and supporting lending decisions while also facilitating onboarding and account maintenance tasks for the Watercress contractor base. This role involves evaluating financial statements, credit reports, and risk factors to determine loan eligibility, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Collections Specialist

This role is responsible for our financial operations by ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. Your responsibilities will include contacting clients to negotiate payment terms, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of collections activities.

Contractor Development Specialist

This role focuses on high-volume outbound activity to generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and drive opportunities for our inside and outside sales teams in the home improvement financing space.

Project Manager

This role is responsible for managing complex projects, mentoring junior PMs, and driving continuous improvement in project execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in financial services, strong leadership, and a passion for operational excellence.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative handles high-volume customer calls in a call center, assisting with billing inquiries, payments, and account-related questions.

    What does the hiring process look like after submitting a resume?

    2. Candidates that are selected will be asked to do an in-person or virtual interview with the hiring manager. A second interview with additional managers or members of the executive team may be necessary depending on the position.
