Assistant Vice President

The role reports into the RVP, Sales and is responsible for building a sales pipeline by identifying, cold calling, and rolling out a vendor finance program within an assigned territory.

Collections Specialist

This position is responsible for all aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing delinquency.

Compliance Specialist

This position is an integral part of the Compliance Program and will report to the Senior Compliance Officer while working across functional areas of the company to support established Compliance Program activities.

Customer Service Representative – Bilingual

This position is responsible for all aspects of customer service in a call center environment including but not limited to handling high volumes of incoming customer calls, billing inquiries, setting up customer payments and addressing all account related questions.

Credit Risk Analyst

Staff Accountant

At Watercress, our general Accounting staff is responsible for the processing of accounts payable, loan accounts receivable, payment research, data file preparation, general ledger and bank reconciliations.

Lead Credit Underwriting Specialist

This elevated role combines the analytical rigor of consumer credit underwriting with the leadership qualities needed to guide and enhance our underwriting team’s capabilities.

    What does the hiring process look like after submitting a resume?

    1. If you see a position that you feel aligns with your skillset, apply! Our HR team will review your resume and determine if your background is what we are looking for. Talented candidates will be contacted to do a phone screen.
    2. Candidates that are selected will be asked to do an in-person or virtual interview with the hiring manager. A second interview with additional managers or members of the executive team may be necessary depending on the position.
    3. The hiring manager will then select a candidate to receive an offer for the position!
    4. Once an offer letter has been signed, all positions will be asked to complete a background and credit check prior to hire.
